New Shoes for Balkendra children

One of Nirban Math's charitable activities is the distribution of new school outfits to area children before the annual Puja festivities. For 2021 it was decided to provide new keds shoes and socks in lieu of school outfits. Below are pictures of the children being measured for their new Bata keds. Almost 90 children showed up over 2 days to get their feet measured. The shoes were procured from a local Bata store. The whole event was carefully orchestrated by our Kunal Biswas and managed by the temple staff and the teachers of Balkendra.
